My child loves chicken as much as she loves us, yata! Haha. Since masarap naman talaga ang chix, I have to do a lot of experiments. This one’s so simple, cheap and yummy!
Lotsa, lotsa garlic
Season clean chicken with rock salt.
In a pan, add oil and garlic.
Turn on the heat, very low fire.
Once garlic is brown and aromatic (not burnt)take off from oil.
Fry chicken in the garlic infused oil until golden brown.
Once brown, add a cup of water and half a cup of sprite (yeap, the softdrinks).
Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add pepper corns.
Garnish with the toasted garlic.
