Pork Tausi na may Puso πŸ˜˜


Ang sipag ko lang mag save ng blog sa draft these past few days! Hehe.
Here’s another recipe you might want to try.



Ingredients:
Pork liempo, sliced in 1-1.5in

2 pcs tofu, diced, deep fried

Tausi beans (soaked in water to lessen the saltiness)

Dried puso ng saging, soaked in water

Kinchay

Onion

Garlic

Procedure:

Saute half of the kinchay first for that super nice aroma

Add liempo

Once the liempo has changed it’s color, add onion and garlic

Add 2-3 cups of water and let it boil until the meat is tender

Drain water and add the tausi beans

Once the water has subsided (haha ano, baha?), add the puso ng saging, tofu and the remaining kinchay.

Season with salt and pepper.

Take off from heat and enjoy!
