Spicy Vinegar Dip

Don’t you hate it when you are so hungry then your food doesn’t taste any good? Then you’ll prep a dip / condiment, just to make things worse?
I am a ‘sawsawan’ lover. Patis-calamansi-sili, vinegar-sili-calamansi-salt, bagoong-suka-sili, toyomansili, anything spicy.
Marami kaming ‘collection’ ng sawsawan. Lately, I discovered na mas masarap ang fried fish like tilapia, bangus dipped in spicy vinegar. Hehe.
Lemme share our latest dip. It’s a combination of tangy, spicy, sweet dip.
Ingredients:
Green Sili

Labuyo

Challots

Crushed Garlic

Salt

Sugar

Vinegar
Procedure:
Slice all. Mix in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of salt, pepper and sugar. Toss. If you’re brave enough, smell. Hahaha. Put the mixture in a bottle, shake. Pour more vinegar and shake some more. Store. 😁
