Pasta, cooked according to package instructions
1 can red sardines (I used Rose Bowl)
2 medium size, medium ripe tomato
1 medium size red onion
Pinch of dried thyme
Pinch of dried rosemary
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
Crushed chili pepper
1. In a pan, put cooking oil, onion,garlic powder, salt, white pepper, chili pepper and cheddar cheese.
2. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add sardines sauce, dried rosemary and thyme and hot sauce, mix well.
4. Toss in pasta.
5. Add sardines fish and tomatoes.
6. Mix thoroughly and carefully, I still want my sardines whole, my tomatoes chunky.
7. Top with grated cheese.
