Cream dory fillet, cubed
Red bell pepper, julienned
Tomato sauce 200ml pouch
Season fish with salt and pepper
Coat wih just a little flour
Heat pan and cooking oil
With the same pan, saute your aromatics – garlic and onion
Since fish is already pre-cooked, add carrots and potatoes first.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour in half of tomato sauce
Once the vegetables are coated add about a cup of water, simmer.
Dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup of water, set aside
Mix in the remaining tomato sauce and the sugar mixture.
Season with a little salt, or until you reach acquired taste.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
