Husband requested tinapa one night. Yun lang daw. Ang boring! Inspecting our fridge, this is what I was able to produce 🙂 pantanggal umay din siya.
1 medium size Ripe mango
2 Salted eggs
1 white onion
1 red onion
Cut everything in the same sizes and shapes (OC-OC lang).
Mix them all together.
Put in fridge before serving (para mas lumasa lang yung salted eggs, yun eh based lang sa experience namin) around 5 minutes.
– okay din siyang appetizer or para sa mga nag-da-diet, just exclude the yellow part of the egg (andun ang cholesterol).
